In hospital feedback
We encourage patients to tell us about their experience in our hospital. This feedback helps us to guide important improvements in the care and services we provide.
If you are a patient currently in hospital with a complaint or a concern, we encourage you to discuss this with your nurse or nurse unit manager.
Post discharge survey
A week or two after you go home, you will be emailed an invitation to participate in our patient experience survey. The feedback you provide helps us to know what we are doing well, staff we should recognise, and how we can improve our service for all patients and their visitors.
Please note that taking part is voluntary, you can choose not to do so. However if you do participate, we appreciate your valuable time to complete the survey and provide us with valuable feedback about our service.
